Walk into most orthopedic offices with a sore knee and you will walk out with an injection or a referral. Fifteen minutes, the same protocol everyone else gets, and nobody has asked why that knee started hurting in the first place — or what it would take to keep you moving for the next twenty years.
We built RegenOrtho Palm Beach to work the other way round. Recovery here is treated as one connected system, not a queue of separate procedures. Five pillars carry that, each handling a different part of how tissue repairs and how it gets injured again.
Pillar 1: Recovery support protocols
Tissue repair is not free. It draws on raw materials, on signalling, and on a metabolic state that permits healing to happen at all. In adults who train hard or are working back from an injury, those reserves run down — and it shows up as recovery that stalls, inflammation that will not lift, and progress that flattens out for no obvious reason.
Recovery protocols address those inputs directly, built around your goals, your training load, your age and your markers, and overseen by our medical team. They do not do the healing for you. They remove the obstacles in front of it.
Pillar 2: IV nutrient therapy
Hydration, electrolyte balance and micronutrient status sit underneath soft-tissue repair, immune function and energy. Tablets work for some people, but absorption is the ceiling — and that ceiling is lowest in older patients, in anyone with gut problems, and in athletes whose demands outrun what the gut can deliver.
Our infusion lounge delivers formulations straight into the bloodstream, in a chair, in about an hour. Protocols are built around recovery, performance, immune support and healing after a procedure. Silver, Gold and Platinum memberships exist for patients who want this as a standing part of their routine rather than an occasional visit.
Pillar 3: Regenerative in-office devices
Regenerative medicine is not only needles. A growing set of FDA-cleared devices uses focused energy — shockwave, laser, radiofrequency, electromagnetic field — to drive circulation and repair in injured tissue and to bring inflammation down. For tendinopathy, soft-tissue injury and long-running musculoskeletal pain, they have changed what can be offered.
We use them on their own and alongside biologic injections. They are non-invasive, cost you no downtime, and can be repeated across a longer programme — which is what most chronic tissue actually needs.
Pillar 4: Biologic injections
Biologic injections — platelet-rich plasma among them — sit at the centre of the regenerative toolbox. The idea is simple enough: concentrate your own healing signals and put them exactly where the damage is.
Exactly is the operative word. Every biologic injection here is placed under image guidance, usually ultrasound. The difference between a treatment that works and one that disappoints is frequently nothing more than whether it reached the target. We treat knee, hip, shoulder and elbow this way, along with a range of soft-tissue injuries.
Pillar 5: Custom orthotics and biomechanical support
This is the pillar that decides whether the other four hold.
Most musculoskeletal injuries are not bad luck. They are the record of how load travels through your body — and load starts at the ground. Give a patient a perfectly placed PRP injection, then send them out to keep loading a misaligned knee through a collapsing foot in worn-out shoes, and you will see them again.
Biomechanics are assessed as part of the standard workup. Where it is warranted we provide custom orthotics, footwear guidance and gait work as the structural base under everything else. It is the least interesting pillar to talk about. It is very often the one that determines whether the gains last.
How the pillars actually work together
Nobody gets all five at every visit, and sequence matters. A programme opens with a full evaluation, imaging and gait analysis. From there the plan is ordered: give the body what it needs to heal, treat the tissue with the right pairing of biologics and devices, then lock the result in with biomechanical support and a follow-up cadence that actually catches problems.
Some patients need one pillar. Others — usually those recovering from something significant, or working to postpone surgery — use all five across several months. The aim was never to do everything. It is to do the right things in the right order, with one team holding the whole plan.
What concierge care actually feels like
Concierge care is not really about shorter waits. It is about continuity: the same clinician who already knows your training history, your old injuries, your imaging and what you are trying to get back to — rather than a new face and a cold start every appointment.
It means a plan that changes as you respond to it, instead of a standard protocol applied uniformly. And it means being able to reach someone when something flares, rather than waiting three weeks for the next opening.
That is why most of our patients came. It is also why they stay.
