One practice covering orthopedics, podiatry, regenerative treatment and vein care, led by board-certified surgeons — so your care is coordinated rather than referred onward.

Our Mission

Move better. Heal faster. Live healthier.

Most orthopedic care is organised around the procedure. Ours is organised around the patient in front of it — which in practice means longer appointments, a surgeon who has read your imaging before you sit down, and an honest answer about whether you need an operation at all.

  • Plans built from your imaging and your goals, not a template
  • Orthopedic, podiatric, regenerative and vein care under one roof
  • Concierge access — the same clinician, reachable when something flares
  • Board-certified surgeons who will tell you when surgery is not the answer

Patient Guide & Answers

Good to know

What types of patients do you typically help?

Joint pain, sports injuries, foot and ankle problems, vein disease — and patients who want to understand what regenerative options realistically offer them. What they have in common is wanting to move without thinking about it.

Do I need a referral to book an appointment?

No. You can book with us directly — no referral needed.

Will I definitely need surgery for my condition?

Often not. A great deal of what we see responds to non-surgical or minimally invasive treatment. We recommend an operation when it is genuinely the better route, and say so plainly when it is not.

What can I expect at my first appointment?

A proper consultation, a review of your history, and imaging where it is warranted. You leave with a plan and the reasoning behind it, not a follow-up appointment to find out.

How soon can I see results from treatment?

That depends on the condition and the treatment. Some people improve within days; for others it builds gradually over weeks, and we will tell you which to expect.

How safe are regenerative medicine treatments?

They are performed by physicians, placed under imaging, and matched to what your scans show. We will also tell you where the evidence is strong and where it is still developing, rather than presenting all of it as settled.
