Dr. Michael Carpino

Dr. Michael Carpino is a board-certified Physician Associate with over 30 years of clinical experience in internal medicine, surgery, and regenerative medicine. For the past several years he has focused on concierge medical care, providing personalized and integrative treatment plans designed to optimize health, performance, and longevity.

Dr. Carpino earned his undergraduate degrees from the University of Florida and Trevecca University and completed his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Nebraska. He has pursued extensive doctoral-level education, earning advanced degrees including a Doctor of Medical Science (DMS) from Butler University, a Doctor of Education (Ed.D) from IBSS, a Ph.D. in Advanced Science Applications from Kennedy University, and a Doctor Physician Associate (DPA) from Touro University Worldwide, where his doctoral thesis focused on stem cell therapy and regenerative medicine.

Throughout his career, Dr. Carpino has developed a broad clinical background that includes sports medicine, orthopedic medicine, emergency medicine, endocrinology, and office-based surgical procedures. He is highly experienced in advanced diagnostic and procedural technologies including ultrasound-guided procedures, digital X-ray, and fluoroscopic guidance for intra-articular regenerative therapies such as PRP, PRF, and stem cell injections.

For more than 14 years, Dr. Carpino has specialized in integrative and regenerative medicine, including hormone replacement therapy (TRT), peptide therapy, platelet-rich plasma treatments, and biologic regenerative therapies. He has performed hundreds of advanced musculoskeletal procedures aimed at restoring joint function, improving mobility, and enhancing overall patient quality of life.

Dr. Carpino is also deeply committed to medical education and mentorship. He has completed thousands of hours of advanced medical training and regularly mentors and precepts future healthcare professionals, including MD, DO, NP, and Physician Assistant students during clinical rotations.

In addition to his civilian medical career, Dr. Carpino has served extensively in public safety and military medicine. He spent nine years as a reserve deputy sheriff and served as a SWAT team medical provider. He currently serves as a Major in the United States Army Reserve Medical Service Corps and recently completed a combat deployment supporting operations in Iraq, Syria, Kuwait, and Jordan. He currently serves as Commander of the 327th Medical Logistics Company in Providence, Rhode Island, after previously serving with the 2-228th Aviation Battalion Headquarters Company at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst as a flight surgeon candidate.
